Okay, so I've been having some battery troubles. I walked through problem shooting with a Gateway customer support technician....and they walked me through a solution which has by their own admission destroyed my laptop's motherboard. Get ready for the kicker....they want me to pay for the shipping because my warranty apparently only covers one way shipping. They destroyed my motherboard and they want me to pay for the shipping! Never buy Gateway.
