Anyone watched this? I went through all 13 eps and the OVA today and really enjoyed it.

I think it manages to mix all the blood/naked/romance/comedy aspects really well, a lot better than I was expecting after reading about it.

What this about an OVA? Was it something released on the US boxset, or is it seperate to the series, that hasn't been released here yet?

I dont know if it was released on a US set or not, its just basically showing more of Nanas first days living in the house and a flashback showing how Lucy was originally caught.

Possibly, I "aquired" the episodes of Elfen so I wouldnt know. Plus I live in the UK so I wouldnt be able to get the boxset as easily anyway.

very good series, very freaky. The opening sequence alone is worth the price of admission

if you liked this, you might enjoy Gantz as well, although Gantz is more violent and not as artistic

Yeah I watched Gantz before this and it is a good series, only problem with it is that it sometimes takes characters 2 or more episodes to make a decision :S

Its funny cause I actually hated Elven Lied when I first saw it. That chick was such an annoying character to me but I have only seen the first episode and I heard it gets better. Oh yeah I also saw the two episodes of Gantz and that show rocked.
