I hope so, hes one of my favourite superheroes, and he is never really used like he should be. I hope he is introduced in guardians of galaxy 2, and in the end of that movie goes to earth to warn them about his brother. I mean how can you have Thanos and not even mention his brother? He can use his p owers on black widow and get hulk or hawkeye jealous for a little separate storyline even.

I could only see him turning up as a comedic character played to full sleazy effect by Christopher mintz plasse or someone like him

Let's hope not, his character is useless...and if they get Christopher Mintz Plasse anywhere near these movies my interest is gonna drop with more intensity than a meteorite.

Keep them both far, far away from any of the movies.

^ Highly, highly doubtful. Starfox isn't really a valued character, especially not enough for them to make him Quill's dad unless, of course, they were trying to take the character into a more serious direction.

But even if they were, he won't be Quill's dad. It was stated that Quill's DNA belonged to something ancient that they haven't seen before. It's been established that Thanos is from Titan, and he and Starfox share the same parentage so that excludes him as a candidate.

Yeah I think his dad is Warlock/Magus to create GOTG's very own Luke/Vader moment.

That seems like a far more likely possibility, and would be better if you're really trying to give Quill a truly badass father. Starfox just wouldn't cut it no matter how you slice it.
