Looks great but here comes the multiverse trend.

Guess I lucked out, then? I dug the hell out of this movie. This was a real multiversal trip. You can keep your No Way Home or Multiverse of Madness or The Flash. This was trippy in all the right ways and had some very impressive fight choreography. I also enjoyed how much of a learning experience it was actually dealing with and jumping from one 'reality' to the next.

I do have an issue with how the film ends, but that's a personal thing because I'm very cynical. It's the same issue I had with how Last Night in Soho ended, but it doesn't ruin the film. This was a great experience to see on the big screen and one I can't wait to watch again when it gets a home release.

The hype and love for this movie is insane. It has already topped Letterboxd as the best movie of all time. Everyone from Barry Jenkins to Mike Flanagan seems to be in awe of it.

I wish I could see this right now but sadly it probably won't even release in theatresoutside the US.

What a monstrously entertaining movie. So original, so ambitious, so propulsive, so funny, so moving.

Believe the hype. It's a homerun.

Good news, one of the theatres near me has it. Sadly, not my preferred 10 min walk one, but I will be able to see it Mon.

Just saw it, it's incredible on all levels. Even if you don't care for the ridiculous nature of the movie, there's a lot of heart (and generational trauma :o ).

Saw this today and loved it. Some of the jokes I could have done without as they weren't really my thing, let's say, but ultimately that's a foot note given all the things the movie does right.

I'm just excited for Ke's adult acting comeback! He hasn't changed, just an adult version lol

I think the last thing I ever saw him in was... Encino Man!

Here's hoping he has a cameo in Indy 5.

…that was an utterly stunning masterpiece.

Also, in the universe where Evelyn is living a CTHD actor type life, Ke had super Bond vibes.

I f'ing loved this film. Just spectacular. It's my favorite movie in the last 3 years. In addition I haven't felt this way about a non-superhero/non-blockbuster movie since Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
