What size Wacom do those in the know reccommend?

Wacome Intuos 3, 4x5 here.

I just got my tablet this month. the reccomendations I got when I was shopping for mine were:

- You don't need a large tablet, because you only use a small area at a time, the smallest will do. (I've got mine, i've been using it, it's small, but it works wonders.)

- Intuos is supposedly more responsive than the graphire. but i've yet to actually use a graphire, so I can't really varify.

Happy shopping. =)

Back on topic, I love the nightcrawler EVL. =P

Here is a sketch of Nightcrawler that was sketched in Sketchbook pro. :)

[Is sketchbook pro with a tablet ? It looks very versatile, right now only using pencils then scan it in and then using a mouse, pain in the butt to color and sometimes the scans don't look quite right as well. how much does sketchbook pro cost and what type of hardware does it use?

I know I'm in the minority here with this request, but I must ask because he is a fave of mine. Your art is exceptional. So I was wondering what can you do with 'Darkman' in a drawing? Maybe standing in an alley, rain drenching down on him, hiding just enough of his fac under the brim of his hat as lightning flashes.

I get a little confused at how there are so many great artists that post both on here and at digital webbing, yet many of the ones who are doing big name books are far below many of these posters in terms of talent. Are some of these works being posted taking far longer than they should for deadline meeting or something? EVL - those sequential pages earlier. How long did they take?

What's digital webbing?

Its a place where writers ask for artists and inkers and such like. Kind of a place to put together a team for a comicbook to be submitted to a publisher and things. There are showcases of people's work there too.

That site looks pretty cool. I am gonna join. Thanks.:woot: :hyper:

I never really thought Wonder Woman was as hott as some others make her out to be...

But hott damn, she's hott in that one, haha.

I need to learn how to do digital coloring like that.

I love that Nightcrawler one! Great job!

Actually, the size of the tablet depends on your drawing style. If you like to draw big, a 4x5 would feel confining. I got my used 6x8 Intuos2 from an art student who wanted to go bigger. :oldrazz: Even though it's an old model, it works great. Photoshop with a mouse would seem proposterous now, LOL.

And EVL, love your work! I'm still having issues with trying to ink things in Photoshop. I've tried to do it in Illustrator as well, but I guess I'm waaay too anal to do things quickly.

Do a Spider-man rogues gallery.

Or at least Spider-man fighting one of his infamous enemies. :)

i prefer ur bump to mine

congrats on the 100th post too!

Think I saw this one on your digital webbing thread a while back.
