Explain the bifrost to me.

The Bi-Frost is a concentrated manipulation of atoms. Heimdall(I cannot explain his powers) seems to be able to channel this manipulation of atoms together and put them in collision/fusion to create rips in space that allow for immediate travel from point A to point B. The portal itself seems to be made of infrared/ultraviolet light particles, moving atoms with their own gravitational pull, that said, said gravitational activity is not alone strong enough to keep a blunt strike from knocking you out of this concentrated light steam and possibly causing you to loose a limb(or in the case of certain creatures you're head) from the sheer force of the radiation's heat. I theorized it might be the speed of the particles that's caused it to cut off that dragons head, because Thor was not
phased by being knocked out of it. But the fact that the Bi-Frost leaves a burn mark on the ground every time it's summoned proves it's some kind of heat from the radiation.

That's all I got in the tank. I did my best. These are all just random assumptions I'm making based on common knowledge.

I actually think the rainbow bifrost may have some connection to the rainbow infinity stones. Now I am aware there is no on-screen basis for this so it is purely speculation. But why are all of the infinity stones found somewhere within the 9 realms? And why are most of them found within the milky way?

But let's look at the bifrost at it's basest. It seems to connect the 9 realms. We have no reason to believe the bifrost connects to any other part of the universe.

So what are realms? In my opinion, the realms are galaxies. 9 interconnected galaxies in the same universe OR possibly even 9 interconnected solar systems in the same galaxy. This differentiation doesnt matter for the purpose of my analysis. Each of which is inhabited by an intelligent and conscious bipedal form of life.

Midgard (milky way) - Humans/Xandarians/Kree/etc.
Asgard - Asgardians
Jotunheim - frost giants
Vanaheim - Vanir
Svartalfheim - dark elves
Alfheim - elves
Nidavellir - dwarves
Muspelheim - fire demons
Niflheim/Hel - (The ninth realm in the MCU is sorta unclear so far)

Okay so the infinity stones (specifically soul and mind stones) seem to have a predetermined notion for what "consciousness" and "life" are. So do they have some connection with the genesis of that life? I think so. And similarly, the intelligent life in all 9 realms has a similar physical structure (two arms, two legs, vocal cords and sensory organs clustered toward the head).

Theory: the bifrost is the imprinted path through the universe that the infinity stones took after the big bang. They traveled through the cosmos and left humanoid life in their wake. Ancient asgardians discovered this imprint and learned to harness it using the dark energy of the universe.

Dark energy is a force in astrophysics that works in opposition to gravity. Its definitely a handwave of an explanation for how Odin/Heimdall/Thor utilize the bifrost, but it doesnt make no sense.
