Well, you can't get held held responsible for your friends' actions. However, may I suggest using my personal response whenever someone offers me pot/beer/'roids/X..... The first time, I politely refuse. If they persist, I ask them if they think it would be difficult to smoke/drink/pill pop without that particular hand.

I love how people are focusing on the punishment here when the guy made a profit of $8,900 from an investment of $90. If I was the manufacturer I would have serious problems with it given the profit potential I lost.
