616 Wolverine isn't bound by the same rules that Ultimate Wolverine is. In the regular universe Wolverine has the mysterious power of having adamantium laced everything in his skeleton. Otherwise his various bones would have been blown away by Nitro when he left nothing but the skeleton. Yet, it didn't happen. And, Logan HAS been subjected to blows that should have decapitated him or torn off a limb or ripped him in half and it still hasn't happened.

Silicon surfer hasn't really read much lately from what he's told me, so I doubt he would've seen that in Civil War.

As much as I love Wolverine, Spidey would beat his ass 7 out of 10 times. Simply because of his speed and agility, Logan would have difficulty getting his claws into him. Peter's spider sense would warn him of any of Wolverine's attacks. All Pete would need is to connect one time. While he couldn't kill Wolverine, he would knock him out time and time again. Even though Logan is skilled in every fighting style imaginable alot of times he isn't written that way. He almost always charges like an animal without thinking which would be Spidey's advantage.
