Since when does a television station get fined for lack of children's programming. What kid watches Univision?
Kiritsh- you forget that the people who whine to the FCC when they see or hear something that makes them "uncomfortable" (read: turns them on), lack the brain capacity to operate the remote control.
Some of these idiots have children and rely on the TV to babysit their kids, instead of actually being a part of their kids' life

When I think of kids, I think "How much would a Nike sweatshop in Southeast Asia pay me for my kid if I ever become a parent"
What kid watches Univision?
And, Sabado Gigante con Dooonnn Franciscooo!*sigh*What is next fining Spike or Lifetime for the same thing.
They just need to air more Chavo del 8 and Chapulin Colorado...

The FCC's reach only extends as far as non-cable broadcast television. Cable/satellite networks are not controlled by the FCC in any way. In fact, they are self-regulated, and typically censor themselves simply for the sake of keeping their advertisers (which is how all TV networks make money). That's why Comedy Central censors their shows 99% of the time, but airs the unbleeped "Secret Stash" movies every Saturday night.
