fictional battle: Batman vs. Ninja Turtles?

Who Wins? Settle an debate me and some buddies had the other day. I say Batman takes out Mike and Don very quickly, has a little trouble with Raph and Leo but ultimately wups them too. They somehow believe the turtles would triumph. Feel free to use as many logic examples or actual examples as possible. I'm going on a hypothetical scenario where they attack Batman and BAtman basically takes them out one by one with the occasional 2 turtles teaming up attacks. Feel free to also list the results with or without prep time for Batman lol. I think the results would ultimately be the same too.

I haven't read TMNT for about 20 years! Have the Turtles had a major 'power-up' of some kind in the intervening years? 'Cause otherwise I don't see Batman losing.

Forgot I made this lol. But yeah, I'd say comic book versions(as those are pretty much definitive versions of all these characters) and I am aware of no power changes/increases for the turtles.

I think Batman would be the victor.
