Flash Drive Help

[Nightwing]

I recently bought a flash drive for uni and plugged it in my PC. Instantly when I did my wireless internet blocked and all the files on my computer vanished.

I restarted my PC and everything came back on...i inserted it again and the same happened.

So at first I thought this was the flash drive so I bought a new one different make...same thing happened...

Any advice as to why folks?

Never mind...turns out it was the cable I was connecting the flash drive to my pc with that was blocking my internet and cancelling my files...
