This sucks. He was daring in his early roles. In the seventies, you almost couldn't make an edgy film without him being involved. His humor will be sorely missed. And his performances will always be remembered.
I was looking for his memorial thread and he gets "Frank from [Everybody Loves] Raymond". How sad that there are people who know nothing oh him outside some bit role he played. He was in Young Frankenstien, Taxi Driver, Monster's Ball, I seem to remember him being on X-Files once or twice. Either way with his death at 71, he was far too young and far too talented to go like this.
