What does it say on it?
I think it's for only AMC theatres. I have 2 and I'm pretty sure.
I'll go look at mine.

I'd say call them first and ask.

Yes it will count towards IMAX (I think the free ticket has a value of $10.50). So ou may have to pay another $1 or so to see IMAX.
