The policy for shirt and shoes is nowhere near the same thing. That's not the same kind of discrimination of saying "we don't serve your kind" and pointing to a sign that says "no blacks, jews, queers or women."

You can put on a shirt and shoes. You can't change your skin color, gender, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

There are a lot of possible reasons but the simplest explanation is having a minimal standard of dress. Think of it as an extremely low bar similar to fancy restaurants that require a tie.

It's the world when live in. You have to agree with the popular opinion or else. But I think Raven went over board really. But I doubt this will affect Fuller House. I don't allow actors personal opinions bother me or cause me NOT to watch something they are in. For example, I am not going to skip Mission Impossible Rouge Nation because Tom Cruise is (or was) a scientologist and my personal beliefs are different. That kinda of stuff is dumb to me.
