On the one hand, I didn’t find the trailer funny or clever at all (swearing and sex jokes with animated dogs, eh), but on the other hand congrats on Genddy getting his movie released that he has a passion for.

I can appreciate regressive things but these are all so low effort jokes. With all the creatively dirty animated films and series we've had lately (and before), these simple horny dogs feels like several decade late...

I just hope the flop isn't attributed to the classic 2D animation technique.

I was expecting something like a 2D animated version of that talking dog movie with Jamie Foxx and Will Ferrell that came out a few years ago. Crude humor is one thing but the squirrel getting ripped to shreds is psychotic.

Sausage Party was just a more original concept. I guess it's less gross when it happens to a bunch of anthropomorphic food products.
