I know its not the kick butt of the WB/CW tv shows but i have watched 6 WB TV shows from its creation. Buffy, Angel, Charmed, Seventh Heaven, Smallville and Gilmore Girls.
Is anyone but me kinda pissed that Luke and Loralie are broken up and they ar putting her with her ex. Aka Rorys dad. Or is the Luke and Loralie thing gonna be something like this. Towards the final season when Loralie and Rorys dad are hot and heavy. Luke will get bad hurt and her feelings will come back. And towards the end of the series Luke and Loralie will get married. I mean from day one there has been hints that Luke and Loraile were going to adventually get married or end up togther at the end.

If there is any Gilmore Girls watchers out there. Is anyone hoping Luke and Loralie aren't totally over.

i love gg!! is my favorite show ever!! and yes you are right since the pilot ASP make very clear that Lorelai and Luke are ending up together, but the fact that in partings Lorelai slept with christopher makes us think that is over, i dont know i guess there are chances for L/L to get back together, but i think that if this is the last season then we wont have a wedding!!

but one thing is sure...

i guess i'll be the one voice of dissent here. luke was an ass last season... and christopher has really grown up, and seems to really love lorelai. i'm interested to see what they do with this little love triangle this season and am not too eager for L/L to get back together.

that said, i've noticed that david sutcliffe (the actor that plays chris?) has been in almost all of the new broadcast and print ads for the season. so, it looks like he's around, at least for awhile.

yeah damn david will be in like 13 episodes!! that pissed me off.

and maybe you are right about luke being an ass for 11 episodes or so, and that chris looks grown for now... but every time that que comes back he looks more grown and he always screw it up. luke had screw it up once while christopher a bunch of times... i dont think christopher even know what love is... he has a 13 years old kid mind, i bet that if lorelai is moron enough to get back with him she will get hurt again and this time will be worst than the last 4.

it wasnt the entire season, it was from around just like gwen and gavin that he started to act like a moron... but a the begining of the season he was the luke we all love...

He was being awful last season, and it didnt matter to him until he was about to lose everything and even then he still couldn't really man up. Lorelai isn't innocent here either, as she never should have gone so long without speaking up that stuff was bugging her, but Luke totally wins in my book for being insensitive and jerklike.

I'd like to see them work it out eventually though - but I'm not going to be as upset as I once was if they don't. I realized that it's Lorelai and Rory that are the important relationship on this show for me, so oh well.

PS - I add my voice to the plea to give VM a chance. It is really so good.

luke and lore should be together,but both acted like kids last season.Luke should have told lorelai about his kid from the jump while lore should have told him how she felt..its not good to keep stuff bottled up inside.As we saw in the finale epi last season when she went to luke's diner and was acting hysterical....plus she gave him an ultimatum.Anybody would act like luke did when forced to give an answer like that..not cool on her part at all

nice episode lastnite good to see gypsy and the other stars hollow cast.
It broke my heart to see luke wanting to be with lorelai..lore he wants to marry you for christs sake.What,he hurt you so you hurt him back by telling him you slept with chris..not cool.So huh wow..kirk smashed through luke's diner.Funny

oh yeah thats the power of GG... has amazing season finales some are hart breaking but still awesome.. the cliffhangers are our *****... we ruled them well.

I've said it before and it pees my wife off, but Lorelei is a ho. Once a ho always a ho. She did the same thing to max and came running back to her in-the-closet ex bf.

Luke deserves better and the writers have put themselves in a quandary. Why? Because if he takes her back, he's a chump. He should kick her to the curb like the filthy ****e she is.

I felt really bad for both Luke and Lorelai, but clearly they both have some maturing and growing up to do when it comes to relationships. Because neither of them are very open or sharing - and I can understand why Lorelai decided to end it and turned to Chris. It'd irritate me too if I felt like everything had to always happen on my boyfriend's terms on his timetable (I just hate the long lost daughter storyline tons. ugh.)

I also couldnt stand Rory's obsessive need to go to London *right then*. Her boyfriend had been gone, like, what, a day?

However, for the first ep without the Palladinos, it still *felt* like Gilmore Girls, which is important. And Paris has somehow gotten even more awesome.
