With a game like this, its probably best not to eXpect they would make it to that 2025 window.

Regardless, if its 2025 or 2026, it will for sure sell a lot of copies anyway, just seeing the record breaking numbers the trailer got. So there should be no pressure making it to that 2025 deadline, that could just lead to a buggy game/several patches being released months the game is launched.

now, do these things happen in other workplaces? absolutely. 100%. the difference here though is that the employees in this company are working on what will end up being the biggest entertainment product ever launched of all time. the executives of the parent company certainly do not need their pay doubled this year, but everyone there absolutely needs a job.

Nah, Franklin & Trevor were featured in a trailer for GTAV a year before the game came out. If there is another playable protagonist in GTAVI, I don't think they're gonna wait till we're only months away from the game's launch for them to reveal that.
