Here you go. I recommend a Rode NT1. It's $199, and as far as recording mics go, that's pretty damn cheap. It's also one hell of a good mic. Lastly, stop turning my dating thread into a gear thread. I already have one of those.

I like the AKG C 3000 B for $299 better.
