Well, I think it was joystiq or kotaku, but I saw a screen-cap of a guy going to Crackdown's download menu and selecting "Halo 3 Beta."

They have to show this game off at GDC this year. They probably, once again, won't show anything from the campaign, and instead show the multiplayer to safeguard their crappy story.

The story really isn't that bad for a FPS.

Well if you want to play as an alien so that Bungie can flesh out the alien side of their story by turning the game into a political debate, power to you, but I much prefered the straightforward "destroy Halo" plot of the original.

I felt the same way, I couldn't stand the alien play part of the game and I was always waiting to get back to the Master Chief play.
