Yep, it is. This channel like their Mortal Kombat 3 seems to always get pushed back.

i was just going through old threads and found this one.... there is a 24 Hour Karate Channel out there just WAITING to be watched!?!?
i'm SYKED!
i hope they have lots of those really terribly dubbed Kung Fu flicks.
i like my comedy and violence served together.
