Has anyone seen this image before?

This poster was on my wall throughout childhood. It's still in the same room, although now it's my nephew's wall. I've always thought it was a great image, even with the 80s hair. It's credited to Western Graphics Corp, has anyone seen it online anywhere?

I have. It was the cover of a TMNT graphic novel. I think the artowork is Richard Corben's.
