I love Star Wars Legos and admire some of the other ones done over the years.

Just found out about this idea from Lego called Lego Cuusoo.

What is Lego Cuusoo?

1.Have an Idea?
Create a Project, share your product concept, and see what other people think.

2.Get 10,000 Supporters

Projects with 10,000 supporters are reviewed quarterly by LEGO for a chance to become an official LEGO product.

3.Receive Royalty
If your project passes review and is chosen for production, you will receive 1% of the total net sales of the product. See the guidelines for more details.

Some of these ideas are genius and I would love to see them get made.

I'm just bringing these ideas up so that you people can vote and get your facebook/twiiter/friends to do the same.

*Note: Shaun of the Dead got the 10,000 supporters and is going to be considered.

And the skiff barge looks like the Sydney Opera House, so clearly Lego is racist against Australians. :cmad:

*You're.

And yes I am.

Fixed...now go offend the blacks by crafting a job application out of legos you racist!

ps.

That Sarlac could use some lego magic for sure....then again that may offend lesbians???

LEGO actually had its own time travel series in the 90's, but... they never did much with it. Seems like something they could have a ton of fun with, since they've made sets from all sorts of eras.

I really liked this Cuusoo entry but it didn't make the cut unfortunately; http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/1787

Would make a great, albeit expensive, set.

I remember that line. Time Cruisers it was called. Kind of an ugly theme I thought.

The Time Cruisers were neat sets. I had 2 of the bigger ones which were the ship and train. They've since decayed though :(

No arguments here. But am I the only one who sees how much potential there would be for a time traveling LEGO theme? There's so many sets you could make. Futuristic, pirates, castles, dinosaurs, the Old West, contemporary (but with future elements, or stuff from the past). Seemed like such a waste of a good idea.

I'd love to see a Last Starfighter.

Surely, you mean a GunStar fighter, Erz. :cwink:

Of course.

Also a Pulp Fiction set.

Especially the scene with Butch, Marsellus, Maynard, Zed and the Gimp.

Honestly, I can't see the point. Lego already does those themes individually, one could easily buy two differently themed sets and combine them for the same effect. That said, I will agree that would have been better than what we got with Time Cruisers.
