And the resolution of Teela learning the truth about her heritage, i.e., learning that the Sorceress of Castle Grayskull is her mom.the show had no ending, the markers have stated over at he-man.org that the 3rd series would have the horde taking over eternia with the masters going uderground, she-ra being introduced and the final battle with skeletor destroying hordak

I'd give anything for a direct to DVD for the 2002 He-Man so they could finish their season 3 ideas, but that won't happen, alas. Damn cruel world...
In a nutshell, the He-Man & The Masters defeated King Hiss and his Snake Men, and also defeated the Serpent God. The episode ends with the Masters feeling good about their victory while Zodak flies off on his chair. So wait, what happened in the last episode of season 2?

Despite being defeated by Zodak a 2nd time, King Hiss was supposed to appear again after his head regenerated and have another fight with Skeletor, and the 2nd time around Skeletor would have kicked Hiss's ass.
A little. So at least the show didn't end on a big cliffhanger.
Was there any development with He-man/Prince Adam and Teela at all?
Teela was freinds of Adam of course and always treated him like a little girl. Because he always ran away from a fight, of course we know why he ran off. But as the show went along she saw he was brave and not a coward like she thought he was. And you could tell that she started to like him alittle. But of course she would always hide it. But you could tell its there. That being?
That doesn't make sense. It is established early in the series that the Sorceress is Teela's mother, it would be stupid to only reveal the identity of her biological father (Fisto) without Teela finding out who her mother is in the process. This isn't "Return of the Jedi" where the emphasis is on the father (Darth Vader) and the mother is just not mentioned at all.actually the resolution was that fisto was her father not anything to do with her mother
I agree. I would have loved to have seen the look on Teela's face when she learned that He-Man and Adam were the same guy all along. That's too bad. If there was a third season we might've seen something actually happen with Teela and Adam. Plus the fact that Teela is also attracted to He-man, even though Adam and He-man are one and the same. So it'd be like Lois Lane/Clark Kent all over again .
I do like the idea of series villains changing over time, instead of just one major villain the whole time.
I think for what it was the new Masters of the Universe was a decent show. It had some slick, new animation, very good music. Decent plot and characters. I think it fixed a lot of the problems of the original series. No talking Cringer, and Orko was actually kinda cool!
I'm honestly glad they didn't take the attitude of some fanboys that Orko is stupid so we have to get rid of Orko. They actually did something with him and gave him an origin.

And of course I would have loved to have seen Hordak stomping ass all over Eternia. That would have been sweet.
I will be getting this
