false alarm folks. Just went to imdb.com. The movie came out in 2004 under George and the Dragon. Cost 32 million to make.

I remember hearing about this. I think it was supposed to be theatrical release but it sucked too bad or something, so I guess it suffered the same fate as the "Man-Thing" movie.
