I do agree with the T-Rex. How that still looks so amazing after all these years is beyond me.

I think he was trying to mix the list up with cgi shots that were revolution for their times with just plain good shots.
I am surprised at least the Matrix was'nt up there or even on the list as it was pretty original for a movie.
I understand what they were trying,but again its all subjective and opinionated....

Honestly, there are effects in Jurassic Park 3 that are EASILY comparable to the T-Rex in JP1, but, everyone has their minds made up about that.

JP1 has become the "fan favorite" over time. It should be remembered for that, as half of the other effects in JP1 haven't aged too well.

They should have just put all of Blade Runner into that list. That whole movie is one great visual effects shot. The opening image of Los Angeles, with those refineries, still blows me away.
