Hellraiser is finally getting its first ‘true’ game adaptation

Clive Barker’s Hellraiser is getting what its creator calls the first “true” video game adaptation with Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival, developer Boss Team Games and publisher Saber Interactive announced Tuesday. Hellraiser: Revival is described by its creators as a single-player, survival-horror action game that will send players to Hell, where they’ll battle Pinhead, his fellow Cenobites, and a cult that worships the sadomasochistic demons.
Notably, Hellraiser: Revival will bring back actor Doug Bradley, who will voice Pinhead in the new game.
Hellraiser: Revival casts players as Aidan, who wields a puzzle box known as the Genesis Configuration as he journeys to Hell (and across Hell on Earth) to aid his missing girlfriend and challenge the Cenobites. A trailer for Hellraiser: Revivalshows first-person gameplay against Hell’s rank and file, as well as iconic characters like Chatterer stalking the player.

This looks ****ing amazing. I started building a Hellraiser tech demo in Unity 4 ages ago. I got as far as getting the box programmed and the labyrinth textured in an attempt to pitch it to Barker for the license. Didn't make it further than a few emails back and fourth.

The TLDR of it is this looks very much in line with what I had in mind for my project and wish the devs here all the success.

I was 100% prepared for that being the case when first the tease came.
So i was already throwing this aside...but a single player FP game? That sounds incredible interesting.
Looks great in the reveal trailer...im looking forward to this.
