The Dark Knight "Help" Call - Ferry system

I got the call from 000-000-0000 @ 6:23pm EST. It was incredibly garbled.

I sounded like there was a news report or something..... something about the ferry..... a guy pleading for help.... Part of the message from Harvey Dent to supporters during the campaign..... then something about gotham national bank..... then the joker laughed his infamous laugh from the trailer.

I've got it saved On my answering machine. But no way to tranfer it to my phone.

But an interesting thing to note is that the bank managers latest email makes reference to the ferries.

Looks like the virals might not be over just yet.

-WsS?

My GF and I both got the call. I flaked a meeting for it. Weird indeed.

Okay...yep, just got this too. Definitely something about the ferry, and the bank was mentioned again as well. It was hard to hear, though.

I got the call on my house and cell phone and I was recording it on the house phone but my dad thought it was a telemarketer and said "SORRY NOT INTERESTED" and hung up while I listened to mine. Sorry.
LMAO!

This Is the Guy You Heard In The Message asking for help

Hello? Hello? Can...can anyone hear me? Please...please help... (noise in background) OK! OK! I'll read it! I'll read it!

(reading) "How many clowns does it take to get a good laugh? 401."(stops reading)

I...I don't get it. These jokes aren't funny... (gunshot in background) Please! Please! I'll keep going! I'll keep going!

(reading) "If you want to be part of my crew, you're going to need to prove you're up to the challenge. Tell your lackeys at home the first punchline is INSIDE JOKE, and if they complain, tell them to button it: they'll get something out of this, too. Remember, this is not a race. Real crooks do it with style, not speed. One final joke: What's the last thing I'll ever...ever say?" (stops reading)

Wait! Wait! Please! Don't! Don't! (gunshot)

Now I'm really confused.

I just got a call too but it was the one from earlier that starts with the news broadcast and traffic and then sounds clips of Harvey and then the Joker at the End.

I think they are just putting all of the calls together for a recap or something. Maybe they are trying to go out with a even bigger bang

man I think I got this call but I could not listen to it because I was on a buisness call.

the call is on my voicemail too, I was napping when they called at 645pm as well

I got a call from someone at the Gotham Bank and ther was all kinds of screaming.

Still waiting for a call, knowing my luck I'll be putting my daughter to sleep when they call.

One thing...has the 'INSIDE JOKE' part been used already somewhere?

Well, the obvious link for that would be the link to the prologue, that's IF it is just the GNB...but no-one appears to be definite at the moment...hmm!

you know, we still have the weekend, and loose ends need to be tied on viral areas other than Mr. J. So I'm still patient. :)

I got the call a little while ago. It was hard to listen since it was so loud and there were so many clips playing at once. Cool though.

I got this phone call too. I was at work talkin to a doctor and I pulled my phone out of my pocket and saw the '000-000-0000' I about **** myself. I excused myself from the conversation and went in the corner and listened to the message.
