HeroCLix...?

So...I'm pretty sure this is the place to post this, but I am a little shocked to see that no one has started this yet.

I just began collecting and playing these, and I want to know if anyone here can give some stategies, their wish list, what they have already, etc. Also, I'm really looking forward to the new Batman series coming out, and am wondering if anyone knows the release date/character list? Much appreciated!

There's been two other Heroclix threads in the past. One of them was created long time ago, back when Heroclix were first released. The other one was started last year at some point. I'll go see if I can find one of them.

Also, apparently all of the figures for the next set, Arkham Asylum was leaked a couple of days ago, here's a link to the list:

Afraid I can't, as I'm currently using my sister's computer. Not sure how many other Heroclix players other than myself that post on these boards. You might be able to find someone at the site I just posted above, it's one of the more popular Heroclix sites on the internet.

Which Heroclix Batman series are we talking about? There are two. The above mentioned Arkham Asylum expansion set, then there's the new Batman HC game. It uses the new. simpler "alpha" rules,meant for the truly casual HC player. The set has about 30 figures.

I started with the Alpha rules. But I'm slowly easing my way into the standard rules. It's taking a lil bit of time. But I'm getting the hang of it. It's been bout a week so far. And pretty much 2 days of playign with alpha rules, i decided why not just play regular rules.

i used to play. Now i just have a few hulk related heroclix on my shelves. i never did get a silver savage clix though

tonight was pretty cool. a bunch of buddies and I played heroclix at our local comic shop. we started bout 4 somethin. finished one game then took a break. then around 8 we started up again with a 600 point game. it was EPIC. totally awesome. Ms. Marvel Skrull vs. Iron Man was the last two standing (neither of those were mine, but it lasted till 10:50, and it was bout 10:35 when I lost all my figs.) tomorrow, they're playing a 1200 point game. it'll be great.

it's nice to see this thread still goin. yeah, i ended up getting like 6 figs from Secret Invasion expansion cause someone at the comic store bought 2 packs and found out he already had most of 'em. so he was basically handing away the figs as 'to be named trades'.

I would love to get more colossal heroclix, but they're still expensive even on eBay. I only have a Sentinel and I'm thinking of getting the Anti-Monitor.

yeah, one of the ppl i know has basically all the figs til the new set comes out. it's kinda crazy.
