from what i gather, it's a sector seven commando talking about the impending arrival of the robots to earth.

the pdf file is weird though; it's all just legal language about the rights of "THE MOVIE" between takara and s7 industries.

When I read the rough draft there was nothing like this in there...and the movie clips seem to be pretty on to Prime_Directive...

I think this is probably something for sequels and/or Video game tie in's... Humans agents v. robots type deal....
