Wow... Just looked it up. This was a staple of HBO during the daylight hours way back when but I have no memory of it. It sounds like an interesting film though.

The background it's on is blue tinted. The image isn't transparent it's just the same as a plain whit background. Up against the blue tinted background you can see where the edges are.

Is the background white? Is so then, there's your answer.

edit: Just checked and you can see the borders there too. It's what I said before. Why is this an issue for you though? You preferred it "transparent"?

no the backgrounds on the website is bluish. I've made one a gif, another one a png, both are transparent on my desktop and when i upload them, but when its in my avatar it replaces the transparency with white

I wonder why it has never been on dvd or bluray. It's just available on vhs & copies are a little hard to come by.

I had the VHS tape once....a player ate it unfortunately. The number of movies that need to be on DVD is astronomical.

Btw all... This is the dude that wanted to get in a fight with me on the train. He was acting really strange with some girl sitting next to me who he was trying to awkwardly put the moves on or something. He rubber bands emotionally when she starts to get what a nut job he is and he acts offended that she's done talking to him and as I leave to get off on the same stop I tell her "Dude is psychotic..." He starts to follow me yelling and I say to him "I think you better take your meds." He's a dude with problems not a wacky street performer as he's trying to come off on his Youtube channel. How do I know he had a YouTube channel? He mentioned it like 100 times to the girl he was putting the moves on.
