Seeing as that DTV isn't out yet, and no official word has been given since the annoucement over a year ago, I doubt it's still happening.

Also, Reeves and Winter have both said they'd do another one if they could get the money together for it, but that doesn't appear to be happening. I'd love to see an aged Bill & Ted, playing in a dive somewhere, trying to figure out why the future they were promised never happened. George couldn't come back as Roofus now though

Yea last thing i heard there will not be a bill and ted 3 but a remake/reboot dtv film but like above poster said nothing new on it has been revealed since they announced it awhile ago.
