How come they never made a Johnny Quest live action movie?

I liked Jonny Quest as a kid, but dunno would it work as a live action movie. The whole teenage thing, you know. Probably kids would still like it but I wouldn't. The 90's show had awesome theme song.

Ricard Donnor should direct it. Goonies was practically like an episode of Johnny Quest anyway...he knows how to direct kids with action already
