Peter got shot near the kidney by the Punisher, the bullet was aimed at Captain America's knee but Spider-Man took it to save Cap, the bridge they were on broke and everyone but Spider-Man fell to the river
Peter Parker without his mask fought the Sinister Five (Ock wanted to go straight, Goblin killed him) near his house, fought them well, defeated the Goblin, took some beating during it, the bullet effect plus some beating from the heavies and Peter lifting a heavy truck on top of his head worsened his condition, Peter died after beating the crap out of the five

and i am not going to buy ALL spiderman comics. ill just buy the normal ones. i am not going to buy ultimate spiderman or others.

lol I doubt Stan Lee even has one Spider-Man comic. Might have a few scripts lying around.
