How do I resize a music file?

I need to shrink down the size of a music file so I can upload it to myspace music site. However I have no idea how...

Shink down the size? didnt even know there was a limt on myspace music. is the file an mp3?

If not transfer it to mp3 http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ with that, you will need a .dll file for mp3 saving google it and it will be there
