The Amazing Spider-Man How Many Times You've Seen ASM?

Now that English 101 is over,

I've seen the film 3 times so far. I want to see it once more, in 3D again preferably. But my theatre has already replaced 3D showings with that dance movie...weak! I saw Spider-Man 2 five times in the theatre, and part 3 four times.. I feel Amazing Spider-Man deserves to tie with Spider-Man 2, but I gotta see Dark Knight Rises again as well.

It's the other way around here. The theaters are phasing out 2D showings of ASM and leaving only 3D showings. I guess the audience around here mostly go for 3D because it seems like getting something extra for your money. Somehow the prices aren't extremely different for 2D vs 3D around here, even though 3D is still more expensive. I would hate it if the theaters stop even having 2D versions and go all 3D all the time.

Just saw TDKR. I think I would pick watching Spider-Man again over watching Batman again, if I'm watching anything again soon. But I'm biased, I've always been more of a Spidey fan. When I was sitting there watching TDKR, I couldn't help but keep having thoughts like "If this was Spidey, he wouldn't take like a whole hour (in movie time) to climb up that wall. I miss Spidey."

Still wondering what more Aunt May could have done exactly. Lock him in his room? Nail his window shut? (He can totally get out.) Threaten to send him to a school for delinquent teenagers? (with what money, though?) She's suddenly been made a single parent, and she could have easily blamed Peter for her husband's death, but the movie got across that she loves and cares about her nephew a lot, and she shows him this every chance she gets. What more can we ask for?

TASM in IMAX 3D was absolutely freaking amazing.. but you already said you can't get IMAX 3D showings anymore as they all belong to Batman.

I don't think TDKR has a 3D version, just an IMAX version.

I can imagine ASM would be amazing in IMAX 3D. But maybe it's just as well, my head was spinning enough with regular 3D.

saw TDKR friday for me is like 9.5/10 liked it a little bit better than TASM but this was an END and TASM is just starting so... yeah pretty good movie...i LOVED Catwoman but i didn´t like something about the ending and little problems

Hee! True enough. Spidey would have webbed Bane like he did with the Lizard, then swing around over everyone's heads while mocking them all. Maybe dangle Bane somewhere really high - "Now I know you can break that webbing, but I wouldn't recommend it!" t:

But the part where Bruce Wayne took forever to climb up a wall was the part where I missed Spidey the most, for obvious reasons.

Come to think of it, ASM is the most beat up I've ever seen Spidey get, and TDKR is the most beat up I've ever seen Batman get. This is like the summer of superhero torture.

3 times, took my younger brother last week.
He hadn't seen it yet, but had seen The Dark Knight Rises on it's opening day.
On its opening day, he said TDKR was good.
After he saw TAS-M, he said TAS-M was way better, and was definitely worth the wait.
That made me happy lol.

3 times equals my PBs with Spider-Man 3 and The Avengers lol.
Hoping to get a 4th watch within the week, even if I go alone

Now that I think of it the majority of other superheroes would probably kick movie Bane's ass quite quickly. Which is weird because the few that probably couldn't beat Bane make up half the Avengers (movie Avengers not comics). Batman is still a boss though and could hand a lot of other superheroes their asses (Not Spidey though, he is my favorite t

Last night I saw Spidey for the second time, this time in 3D. That was incredible. My only other experience with 3D was Toy Story 3 a few years back, so I had forgotten how amazing it can look. The way I would describe it, especially the wide shots of the city, is that it felt like the screen was a window, and I was just looking out of it. I cannot wait for the DVD/Blu-Ray XD
