How many villains know Batman's true identity?

I'm pretty sure part of Joker knows.

Just like how he makes up different origins and such. Re-read ark asylum and the chick says something about how sometimes he's just a normal clown then the next day he's a psychotic killer. One side of him knows who Batman is, but in reality he couldn't care less.

One of the reasons I think he's above most other villians in comic / anything history. If he does know the true identity of his nemisis (which he likely does) he doesn't care, because he knows it's not the "true identity".

Well I still would not really say he knows Batman is Bruce Wayne. You would think he would do something sick and twisted that would personally hurt Bruce Wayne then.

For the Joker knowing that Bruce is the Batman is of no importance he belives that the real personality is Batman not Bruce he thinks that BATMAN is as sick and as crazy as he is.And what else could the Joker do to Bruce that would be any more sick,twisted and personal then to kill his son or did you forget about thr Joker killing Robin [Jason].l

What I meant was that I am pretty sure that he does know that Bruce Wayne is Batman considering that he was the President of the United States and can observe Checkmates's intelligence.
