How much sleep do you get?

I usually can get 7 hours. As for going to bed early, or staying up late, it just depends on what's on tv.

So I'm sitting here watching Family Guy at 3 am with a 9 am wake-up looming.

Story of my life. I don't get nearly as much sleep as I should and it's all on me. I know I have to be up around 8 every week day, yet I tend to stay parked in front of my computer or tv until 3, sometimes 4 in the morning. Sure enough, next morning I'm dead tired. I have been improving a little bit as of late though. Let's hope I can keep it up.

As far as weekends are concerned - anything goes!

I do my best to put in 8 hours but sometimes I just can't seem to fall asleep. So usually 6 hours.
