Found this on the Japanese playstation 3 site, by clicking the controller it brings you to a page that lets you sample the sixaxis, just click on the different arrows to see how it works.

Thanks for the link. I know some here were making a big deal about the name and what exactly the 6 axises referred to and that site explains it
