How To Make A Blog?

Let's say I want to create a site, and I want users to be able to blog? Is Blogs like a Forum?

How Do I create One? Do I have to buy the code or something?

If you want to create a blog, I suggest using websites such as Blogger or Wordpress. My website is a blog and it allows me to post news, images, videos etc.

If you want users to be able to blog, then you can make it so that people register to your blog and you can change their account which allows them to post.

A forum is what you are on now.

Theoretically you can use forums to do it...Wordpress is a good option

Well, i'm a webmaster, and my boss said if having blogs on the official site is possibly. Som im' like aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, don't know how to do that. I mean, what does a blog even look like?

Technically, a blog is a web diary or log. So ANYTHING could support that in reality...some software make it easier than others...
