I know that everyone seems to blog now but I really want to start one for book/film reviews. I have an idea in my head of what I want it to look like and the content isn't a problem, but I'm not sure about the technical side as I know nothing about web design.
Is it somethign I can learn or should I go for something like these guys http://website.1and1.com/ who do it all for you and hold your hand?
Any advice is welcome, along with advice about how often to post, how long etc.
