I decided to go ahead and start an art thread with some stuff I've been working on for a while now... Gonna put in some color stuff, then black and white (pencils).

This first one is my vision of a POTC/Jack Sparrow comic book.

This was my entry for this months contest. I was really happy with how it turned out!

A Punisher scene I did. He's flying backwards out a window firing back into the building, next room over. That car below is his landing pad!

ok... No comments on the colors, guess I'll try pencils...

Oh and all the colored stuff is just from pencils... That's why the lines are so thin. I'm not real good at inks nor do I have a brush/pen.

This is a Punisher I started designing on the Marvel redo thread but went a little further with this version... It is all real special ops gear i designed it after.

Not bad...I like the Pirate and Punisher aren't huge. Good to see some diversity in body types going on.

Ghost Rider is a bit too Dark. I like the fact you got some of the reflection onto the chain. Good gesture as well from what I can see.

The Hulk I think is a bit too muscular, very uh...for lack of a better term bulgy. The anatomy isn't working quite, the relationships between the muscles is off. Also I think that the face is a bit contrasting to the body, it's like it's going to a more realistic approach which doesn't seem to fit the body.

The Punisher isn't bad, but it does kind of look like his left leg is broken, but not a bad pose and some good action.

HULK: This was my concept art for the new movie... This is based on the premise that HULK is no longer getting bigger with anger (as it should be) but muscles are being inflated with adrenalin. biceps are slightly too big and the chest isn't quite lined up with the abs (which I didn't realize till after i posted it). I was going for a more inflated stomach like modern bodybuilders and didn't get it quite right. I was also going for a slightly smaller lower body to compensate for the pants remaining on.

Ghost Rider: I matched up the colors with the initial image they released for the movie and also on the game site. That is why it is so dark, probably a little too dark.

the Punisher: yeah, legs are a little screwed up... It was from the kneepads not being quite right which I just excepted and put up anyway because it isn't a finished product.

Glad you like Jack Sparrow, I worked hard coloring that one...

Now if you could just start inking my stuff for me that would be great! LOL!
