Okay, essay question time for you two. Right now, there is a wealth of TV shows featuring lower-tier characters from Marvel or DC comics. Which property from those companies, or any other company, do you feel is suitable for adaptation into a live-action TV show, and why? It cannot be any character that has been represented so far in contemporary live-action television in any significant way.

 

[Victarion]

An old hero that bespeaks to the modern times, straight from the DC stable, is Firestorm. A hero that speaks against corporate corruption whose gimmick opens the door for a death of storyline potential in an age of identity politics. In Firestorm you have a perfect blend of the theatrical and personable. Additionally, this sort of show would let DC flesh out the metahuman impact on Earth if they decided to synch their movies with their television properties. Even if they didn't - there's potential for stories examining experimental ethics in addition to the corporate, environmental, and identity politic themes.

100 Bullets. Its' a Vertigo title so by that extension it's also a DC title. It's still in development but who knows if it will see the light of day.

I like Fallen Angel's avatar more. Also, Victarion (the GoT character) is a right poopmouth.
