For maximum benefit, use the WMS at the same time as your BCAA's immediately after your workout, wait 20 minutes or so for the whey and then another 45-60 minutes after that to get your PWO meal. Thanks for the vote.

If you're using Creatine or NO then you should use that with the WMS as well. The idea behind the WMS is that it is VERY fast acting and will pull the carbohydrates it contains as well as anything else you've mixed with it through the gut almost immediately so as to minimize gastric breakdown. Of course, if you mix other heavier things with it such as whey, it slows down this process. But maximize it with say, extra glutamine, creatine, BCAA's and/or NO (depending on what you utilize in your protocol) and it will pull those things past the gut very quickly, along with the fast acting carbs, and immediately begin feeding the muscle as it starts to repair itself from the damage you just did to it. Giving it about 20 minutes for that process to finish in the gut and then giving the muscles another blast of protein with the whey is a great double-whammy for recovery.

For real, Chris is a good guy and I enjoy his posts. Too bad he caught feelings and feels like this place isn't for him anymore. Hopefully he comes back again someday.

And I hope I don't have to face you in the next round. That'd be the end of my deathmatch career, I'm afraid. I think you vs. kaz would be a much more interesting match, anyway.

Drakon said that it's upgrades or maintenance. And instead of the Hype being down for a week or so, it's broken up per weekend. Drakon said he might move the update for next weekend earlier to take into account the swarm of fans who want to talk about Spidey.
