confidence is understated... you hold your head up high, straight posture, shoulders back, you make eye contact with people, etc.

Being 'sexy' doesn't just come from good looks. I think 'sexiness' comes from within and how you carry yourself. You can be 'average' looking and still be sexy if carry yourself well and is self-assured and self-confident.
