I picked up this book called "The Game" by Neil Strauss...

Open with some mugging...

Close with a massive cerebral hemmorhage.

ShadowBoxing, duh.

It's funny this thread popped up...I had a friend tell me just New Years Eve this book would be perfect for me since I have no problem talking to any girl, and close about 40-50% of the time. He's like: "dude you have to read 'the Game', you'd close 100% of the time!!"

of course, his ability with women is sorely lacking, so i take his claim with a grain of salt...but still want to read it.

Shadowboxing was trying to pick Kaleb up at a gym?

What I just find hilarious is that the society has now spun out into this capitalistic thing that seems to be taking advantage of those same shmucks they used to be.

It's empathy for the Machiavellian:down

I know someone who just dropped 4000 bills on a load of books and CD's by Mystery(or Style).

When he told me, i laughed.

Shadowboxings real name is tylor?

There stuff is simply common sense wrapped in some weird "Peacocking Theory" I refuse to ever, ever, try. Essentially it's just dressed up rules of normal conversation.

i think its funny that everyone on the board knows about the book....as if that doesnt feed the fanboy stereotype
