Honestly I don't know what this is. I thought this was a Superman film, then a Superman and Batman film, then Wonder Woman got cast.

I said this yesterday. This will be Affleck's film. He is being positioned to being the breakthrough star here.

Batman is the most popular with general audiences, and WB molded Affleck into a bankable name again.


I think they want him to be their equivalent of RDJ to Marvel, and Jackman to Fox.

But the thing is, The Man of Steel cast is returning. Lois, Perry, and Martha Kent are all gonna be there which implies that this will continue Henry Cavill's Superman story. I still maintain that Superman is going to be the center driving point of the film and Batman will be his main antagonist/foil.

I agree! There are too many words in the title of a film! How will they ever fit that on the title screen? I am very angry at this and will likely not watch the movie and furthermore sit in angst for the next two years over this marketing decision

OP... the reference you provided is not even facts. Just because Batman's name is first doesn't mean this isn't a sequel/continuation from MOS. You have to remember that the whole cast of Superman is returning in this movie. This means's it's a sequel to MOS with batman added, WW, some cameo of the league character, and the main villain Lex Luther? If this is a batman movie you'll have batman center villains and supporting characters.

How so?? There were lots of loose ends in that movie........what happened to Zod's body, among other things.....
