I was actually there at the top secret London premiere at Leicester Square. When they linked up to New York!!

WOW!!

I got a free Spidey 3 hat and copy of the trailer on disc!!!!!

I was sitting right there in the audience waving at Sam Raimi and Thomas Haden Church via satalite link up!!! lol

They showed the trailer simultaniously.

I was invited to a secret screening tonight. At the Vue Cinema in Leicester Square for the Spidey 3 trailer. The audience didn't know what they were there to see. But once in there, there was a satalite link up to the Premiere screening in New York.

Sam Raimi and Thomas Haden Church came on. They intoduced the trailer (Tom Church made some joke about sprinting for the exit if we didn't like it!). Then they showed it in both theatres. Simultaniously. Filming our reactions for the Official web-site!

Ah man. I've got one of those girlfirends who does all the talking! lol I just mainly stood there and sweated. I couldn't believe it. I felt like part of history or something. In fact they did say that this is the first time that a trailer has ever been given a special preview screening.

It was supposed to start at 18:45 over here. But I think it was half hour later than that.

Well... the story of how I got the tickets is so cool. You see, NO ONE in the audience knew what we had gone there to see. We just knew that it was top secret (becuase they wouldn't tell us!).

The whole thing was disguised as a "Movie Discussion Group". But no one bought that. Which is why eveyone turned up!

Then when everyone was ready they actually had a live link up to a theatre in New York! It was a global premiere.
