Superman would and could save everyone probably in a week. You are talking about a man who became a master surgeon in a few minutes and Pre-Crisis and Pre 52 Superman could have cured cancer and all other stuff if he wanted to. So I say Superman plus on top of that if **** hit the fan he could just fly up and fry them all without being touched.

Superman could make at the very least some sort of safe zone for a few miles and work in the CDC or something to find a cure, if one can be made. He'd handle the bandits, stray walkers and herds.

He would have been able to minimize the pandemic to have much lower casualities than what it is now.

Batman? Meh. Money means nothing to zombies unless you bury them under cash or drop a safe on them and all his toys are dedicated to being non lethal.

I wonder if any of you guys read the books or watch the show at all. Saving the world from zombies is not about how many zombies you kill, it's about stopping or reversing what caused it and rebuilding after the end of the world. Treating symptoms will get you nowhere in the long run.

Ideally, Batman and Superman set up a safe zone at an expanded Fortress of Solitude and work on a cure using both Kryptonian science and Batman's own in depth knowledge, while Superman transports survivors to the safe zone.

Without a food source, it's possible (though not certain) the zombies could die off. If not, Superman could conceivably wipe out the infected within a week. Not sure how that would fit in with his moral stance, though. Either way, the task would then be rebuilding civilization.
