The real question is: if the world was going to end in two weeks, would you really want to know? Would you want to live those last 2 weeks to fullest, but also with severe depression and the potential chaos? Or would you want to live life ignorantly, not doing anything particularly special, and one day you just don't wake up?

well i imagine that if everyone knew that it might be difficult to survive those 2 weeks. since i believe people would quit their jobs and thus the inferstructure we rely on would collapse. so it might be hard to get food after your weeks shopping ran out. water could be a problem and if your electricity and/or gas goes then your going to have trouble cooking. other than that it'd probably be quite the party.
