If you have extra money, donate to UNICEF or the American Cancer Society.

I'd rather see the avgn make a movie.

I already donated some money to this breast cancer thingy a couple of months ago.

I give money to children's charity whenever I get the chance.

I'd donate to some sort of animal rescue if I had extra money. Of course, I don't ever have "extra" money, and will probably never, no matter how much money I get anyway.

Those children's charity people can be d***. I got a call once asking if I could donate , but I told them I couldn't because I'm kinda having cash problems myself. Then the chick just hung up on me without saying bye or have a good day.

unicef for me......I was very financially strapped last year and still tried to donate...I've been donating on and off the last few years and last year was awful financially for me...

Who has extra money?

*buys video game*

Please remember, in all likelihood, AVGN already has more money than you will ever have.

If it's any consolation I'd hang up on you too.

All I have to do is remember any of his videos.

Is this really because whatever the **** is asking for money?

Actually, in Canada, UNICEF is one of the worst organizations to donate your money to. Too much of the money you donate is actually going to "overhead" when it comes to UNICEF.

Some of the best charities to donate to in Canada can be found here: http://www.moneysense.ca/2010/06/17/the-charity-100/

They include:

the Mennonite Foundation of Canada, the Tides Canada Foundation, the IWK Health Centre Foundation, and the Jewish General Hospital Foundation.

the War Amps, the Terry Fox Foundation and the United Way of Greater Toronto

I donated $15 to Child's Play during Tested.com's 24 hour podcast last week. :word: They collected almost $50,000 total since it started on Friday.
